Our Mission
In February 2024, in the midst of ongoing war, a group of Israeli combat reservists came together with a shared realization
The greatest challenge was not always on the battlefield,
it was coming home.
Between repeated high-intensity deployments, thousands of reservists return to daily life carrying the weight of what they have experienced. The transition is abrupt, often isolating, and rarely addressed in a sustained way.
Tzav Cosher was created by reservists to meet that moment.
Across Israel, we are building a nationwide network of weekly communities where combat soldiers come together for joint physical training and open, honest conversation. This unique model integrates physical strength, peer connection, and emotional processing creating a powerful framework for long-term resilience.
This is not a one-time program.
It is a consistent, trusted environment a weekly anchor with no end date — ensuring that no soldier is left to navigate this alone
